Multi-Course Dinner with Chef Craig Baker
Come join World Food Championship competitor chef Craig Baker, formerly of The Local and Bent Rail, as he cooks a Leap Year dinner at The Signature Table on Feb. 29! His multi-course menu includes oysters, roasted carrots, seared scallop and curried pork tenderloin, plus the chef’s favorite creme brulee for dessert!

Oysters/lemon rosewater mignonette/fresno chili, jicama
Roasted carrots/cardamom honey/goat cheese/hazelnuts
Seared scallop/white chocolate and parsnip puree/caramelized cauliflower/Yukon Gold potato chips
Curried pork tenderloin/butternut squash, fried Brussels/quinoa tabbouleh
Blue cheese/pear/buckwheat honey
Creme brulee
