Hands-On Knife Skills Class with Chef Dwight Simmons
Get ready to chop! In this hands-on knife skills class, you’ll learn to correctly chop, dice and mince — and lots more. Local chef and culinary instructor Dwight Simmons will demonstrate proper technique, and you’ll learn how to prep a variety of vegetables; he’ll also cover kitchen safety and proper knife maintenance. Chef Dwight will also be preparing a delicious chicken dish for you to enjoy made with the mirepoix that you’ve learned to chop!
