Jolene Ketzenberger is a food writer, recipe developer, co-author of Café Indiana Cookbook and a regular guest on WISH-TV’s Indy Style. She loves to share her passion for cooking and hospitality with guests at The Signature Table. In addition to hosting our events, she’ll be teaching a variety of hands-on classes on family favorites like casseroles and cobblers, and down-home dishes like biscuits and gravy, chicken and dumplings and sugar cream pie.
Chef Dwight Simmons, a popular local cooking instructor, has worked as an executive chef for more than 20 years. He has participated in numerous local cooking competitions and charity food events over the years and loves to combine cooking and teaching. Chef Dwight will be teaching a number of classes at the Signature Table, including what is sure to be a popular kitchen boot-camp series. A self-taught chef and longtime co-owner of Corner Wine Bar in Indianapolis, Elizabeth created the seasonal menus and the wine program at CWB, including the restaurant’s popular tasting series. After selling the restaurant in 2018, Elizabeth now works as a wine rep and private chef, in addition to writing and teaching. Look for Elizabeth’s wine and food pairing series and classes on cooking with wine, herbs and other specialties at The Signature Table.
A passionate home cook and a 2016 contestant on the Fox series MasterChef, Tanorria came in fourth on the reality cooking series hosted by Gordon Ramsay. In fact, chef Ramsay said her shrimp and grits was the best he’d ever tasted on the show. Since then, she has built her personal chef business, Tanorria’s Table, and we’re pleased to be able to host her for occasional classes and demos!
You might have seen chef Amy von Eiff cooking on local TV or read her Dining Divas food reviews. She specializes in international and Southern cuisine and she handles it all at her business, A Cut Above Catering. Here at The Signature Table, chef Amy has taught her popular Evening in Tuscany dinner class.
